What your claim is really up against
Within days of a crash, the other driver's insurer opens a file with one goal: close your claim cheap. Recorded statements, quick settlement offers, and delayed responses are all part of that playbook.
We take over every point of contact so nothing you say gets twisted, and we build the claim around evidence: the police report, scene photos, vehicle damage, medical records, and where needed, accident reconstruction.
What you may recover
California law entitles an injured person to full compensation, not just the ER bill.
- All medical treatment, past and future
- Lost wages and lost earning capacity
- Vehicle repair or total-loss value
- Pain, suffering, and loss of enjoyment of life
- Punitive damages in DUI and egregious cases
Uninsured and hit-and-run drivers
Roughly one in six California drivers carries no insurance. If you were hit by one of them, or by a driver who fled, your own uninsured motorist coverage may pay your claim, and using it should not raise your rates. We handle UM and UIM claims aggressively, because your own insurer negotiates just as hard as the other side's.
Questions we hear
What should I do right after a car accident?
Get medical care first, even if you feel okay. Photograph everything, get the other driver's information and any witness contacts, report it to the police, and talk to a lawyer before giving any recorded statement to an insurer.
The other driver's insurer keeps calling. Do I have to talk to them?
No. You have no obligation to give them a statement, and you shouldn't. Refer them to us and the calls stop.
How much does a car accident lawyer cost?
Nothing up front. We take a percentage only if we recover money for you. No recovery, no attorney fee.
